A Flavorful Food Find in Greensboro, NC
I have been to and loved Crafted: The Art of the Taco and so I was very excited to try out Crafted: The Art of Street Food in Greensboro, NC.
Right next door to a local brewery and just on the edge of downtown Greensboro, this is a perfect hangout especially on a warm summer night with the roll-up walls open to the street.
Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich
This buttermilk fried chicken and just enough of a kick to get my nose running but barely slowed me down. It was quite a hardy sandwich that I was able to split it with my husband.
Between the ranch, syrup, and dill pickles, all the flavor bases were covered!
I could and would eat this dish over and over again without getting tired of it. My mouth is drooling just thinking about it again.
I love shrimp…love eggs…and white sauce. I love pickled vegetables. Devouring this one along with the sticky rice balls was seriously the highlight of my meal.
Chef Kris has the eye of an artist painting with the freshest local ingredients to create the perfect composition on your plate.
Crafted uses the everyday street food of the world as inspiration for its own version of the favorites.
This was like delightful comfort food. Grilled corn with a creamy sauce, cheese, and bacon powder. It’s like someone said too much of a good thing can kill you so we will dust it with this bacon and POOF! That was my taste buds exploding…
Kung Pao Ribs
The mellow jasmine rice was the perfect balance to these crispy spare ribs.
